LOL, your omegaverse fic was actually one of my first exposures to hilary and julian, so now every time she caves in (hah) to julian's wheedling i can't help thinking: hilary....that's not very alpha of you
overall tho i love how real and complex hilary reads as a character-- how deep her emotions run in spite of her unwillingness to acknowledge them, her half-rejection, half-compliance with the performance of femininity, all the internal compromises she makes in order to survive in a male-dominated profession
anyhow, the mother thing is starting to make itself MUCH more apparent now and i'm.......lol...
